Novartis second LGBTI+ training course

It is very positive that, globally, more and more companies recognise the need to accept and integrate diversity in the workplace. 

Although we are still in very early stages in Cyprus, lately fortunately we are seeing this increased interest in our country as well. More and more companies are asking for either simple information or, even better, training in the advantages of diversity and diversity and are trying to find better ways to be better employers but also fairer in the field in which they operate. 

Today we had online the second Novartis training seminar organized by Novartis Cyprus and Malta's Diversity & Inclusion team for staff members in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. The series of six seminars touches on simple topics such as terminology and how to report to LGBTI+ people, up to how trans people are handled by medical staff.

I thank Novartis and especially Elena Jordanus for this initiative which touches partners in so many countries starting with Novartis Cyprus.
